· GALATABS: Technology developed to optimize the hydrodynamics of the hull, allowing for a significant improvement in boat handling, stability and speed characteristics.
· ALUTEC: The use of high-strength aluminum alloy and its subsequent processing and painting to create lightweight, reliable and durable hulls.
· Lengthened Edges: The hull design with lengthened edging contributes to better weight distribution and increased stability on the water, making it easier to glide.

The hulls of the boats are made from high-quality marine-grade aluminum alloy EN AW-5083H111, treated with a chromate-free titanium passivation system ENVIROX, which is currently among the world’s best systems for protecting aluminum alloy, and coated at high temperatures with specialized marine-grade polyester powder paint, designed for use in seawater.

The Gelex Global Group factory has opted for aluminum hulls for its boats to ensure:

High strength. Choosing an aluminum hull is optimal for active water recreation, providing durability, reliability, and safety under various conditions.

Quality Control

Every batch of the aluminum alloy EN AW-5083H111 is tested in an independent laboratory to verify the material quality for boat hulls.
Quality control procedures are implemented at every stage of production, from welding to painting. Weld seams are inspected for pores and cracks, and the quality of the powder coating is evaluated to ensure uniformity, application thickness, and durability. This approach guarantees that each boat meets the established standards of durability and safety.
Final Inspection: Before shipment to customers, each boat undergoes a comprehensive inspection, including checks for waterproofness, stability tests, and a general quality review. This stage is critically important to ensure that all boat characteristics meet customer requirements and safety standards.
