for making tubes

  • Hypalon is highly durable and UV resistant, making it ideal for extreme water adventures.
  • PVC or polyvinyl chloride, which is a strong and flexible material widely used in the marine industry that provides excellent value for money, offering durability and reliability for a variety of conditions. The material is also characterized by good resistance to abrasion, chemical attack, UV and salt water.

Foam filling is available on customer request with isolon filling, which ensures high reliability and safety of boats on the water. Isolon is highly resistant to moisture, chemically active substances and ultraviolet radiation. Due to these characteristics, it is widely used in various fields. In addition, it is environmentally friendly and recyclable.

Aluminum Boat Hulls

We use the aluminum alloy EN AW-5083H111, known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in seawater. The alloy composition, in addition to aluminum, includes up to 4.9% magnesium, as well as titanium, manganese, iron, copper, chromium, and other elements. Magnesium also contributes to increased strength at low temperatures, making the alloy ideal for use in Arctic conditions. Additionally, manganese improves weldability and strength, which is important for creating reliable and durable hulls. The composition of elements provides the alloy with unique properties:
High strength and durability compared to fiberglass.
Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in salt water.
Resistance to low temperatures, making the alloy ideal for use in Arctic conditions.
